This item will be available for x25 Champion Seals from the Argent Tournament rewards. You will have to work your way through the Argent Tournament dailies in order to achieve "Champion" of your race before you can begin earning the Champion Seals. This will approximately take 8 days of dailies to "Champion" your race, and then an additional 5 days to get x25 Champion Seals for the stave.

Excellent pre-raid Bear tanking staff. Better than the Staff of Trickery if you've already topped your stamina off and need more AGI for dodge.

Im a Hunter and I will be getting this staff for sure today.

Not sure about other Hunter's but I have had some very bad luck getting an upgraded weapon. The Journey's End has never dropped after months and The Black Ice lets me down week after week after week.

The staff of trickery has served me well though and I only recently changed it for The Hand of Nerub and Hailstorm simply for the hit rating.

Now I am ok to drop the hit those two weapons gave me this little beauty is going to replace them and have a 110ap enchant put on it imediately :).

This weapon is well worth the measly 25 champions seals it costs to purchase imo.

This staff provides a great gear option for Hunters and Druids.
It's because of the 100% chance to get it , With knowledge that no ninja or a person with his lucky day will steal your loot, As It happened to me all the times.

Here's a little advice :
1) Start your Argent Tournament immediatelly, If you haven't already.
2) Be sure to do the dailies every day, If you're focused, It should take you around 30-40 minutes.
3) Now It starts, After the 7 days of completing daily quests, You'll get an option to start a new, short quest chain, Which will provide you 10x https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=44990 , And four new dailies awarding totally 5 Seals per day, That means It will take you only 3 days to get 25 of seals!
- 15 first day you become champion.
- 5 from the dailies at second day.
- 5 from the dailies at third day.
25!
Now you have a chance to buy every single weapon from the vendor you're champion for.

Hunters should note the Runeblade of Demonstrable Power from Ebon Blade revered rep. The difference between these 2 weapons are 98 STA and 6 AP on this staff and 15 CRIT and 33 HASTE on the sword. This staff is obviously a better choice for survival hunters due to the AGI, but everyone else should take a good look at that difference and plan according to your needs. The extra STA is a lot and is nice, but doesn't buy higher DPS. This staff is a great option, though, especially if you don't have Ebon Blade rep.

I have a question.
Will that +630 Armor thing multiply by bear form?

The rule is that green armor doesn't multiply and white armor like you see in this weapon does. This is a great starter tanking weapon for a drood. The other weapon is a drop and is excellent for kitty dps or as a bear weapon if you're not worried about mitigation via armor (note that it doesn't have any armor save for what you'll get from the agility!). If you're going with kitty dps, the second weapon is much much much better for you.
