Using this, or any other BC/WotLK Helm Enchant will bind the item to you.

For twinks and low levels the vanilla WoW libram enchants are still the best.

As a tank who just hit 80, I picked this up for my head slot. Wyrmrest Accord rep to revered is pretty much required anyway for new tanks, so it was a matter of convenience already being at the quartermaster. I also figured the arcane resist might help in heroic nexus until my argent crusade reputation is high enough to get the proper head enchant.

Expensive compared to a heavy borean armor kit, but might still be worth it depending on how fast you think you'll progress.

Maybe I'm missing something, but is there a reason for the Arcane resistance? I cannot possibly think of somewhere, other than heroic Nexus, where a boss does arcane damage.
