One of the best tanking recipes out there.

This is acctualy one of the better tanking foods for palas, dks and warrs. Since Str gives 2 ap each for all these classes it helps alot on the threat building, dks get some extra parry from it and warr/pala gets some BV.
And BV helps both of the classes to take less damage and do more threat.
And you might want to argue that the agi food gives a tad avoidance and crit, but on the other hand palas and warrs both got talents that increase their strength that makes this food even better.
~~I'm not sure of how agi vs str is for DK but i gues it's equal~~, and I assume that the agi food is better for the teddys.

*edit* I've no idea why my post got downrated from it's former rating :<. I can only assume that it's because of the guy I acctualy repsonded to deleting his post.
On another note I now know that this food is very nice for DK's. And that if you haven't reached the hit/expe cap that those buff foods are probably better atleast for boss tanking.
