Is this really going to be cheaper then the level 70 version Medallion of the Alliance?

lvl70 - 40,000 Honor
lvl80 - 24,800 Honor

Can anyone in the beta confirm this?

But as of Dec. 1st, there is conflicting information on the prices on wowhead, multiple NPC's for the Horde and Alliance list this trinket as either 24,800 honor or 49,600 honor, one being exactly double the price of the other.

The price varies because when your faction owns Wintergrasp, you get discounted PVP items From the Wintergrasp Vendor.

i tried going to Travis Day as well while the fort was ours, couldn't get a click on her too.

Currently this is sold with the rest of the PvP gear only, Travis Day does not have it.

Does this share a cooldown with the racial human ability "Every Man For Himself"?

Seems to have been removed in 3.2

You can instead buy a version of the Medallion of the Alliance that doesn't require the arena rating of 1800 stated in the tooltip of the item from Captain Dirgehammer for 49600 honor.
