At first I couldn't seem to find the seeds. I kept walking around the Grizzlemaw and I finally started to see the seeds. They look like acorns that you can pick up off the ground. Coords to Grizzlemaw = 48.43

The spawn rate on these things is horrible. Took me 15 mins to get all 8, and i searched around the whole place. Be perpared for it to take even longer if theres more players around.

Don't bother with the cave, there's exactly 2 in there now and they don't respawn as stated in previous comments.

Wow this quest really sucks, the furblogs are running rampid through the camp. I managed to crap 6 seeds from inside the camp, that's all that were there, then I spent 35 mins running around until the seeds finially re-poped.

Since patch 3.0.8 this quest is bugged. You can't pick up the seeds anymore there are tons of them inside and if you click on them nothing happens. ;{

found about 10 inside the cave, fairly sure one of them respawned while I was collecting as well so hopefully this quest has been made much easier by blizzard. co ords to entract of cave inside Grizzlemaw are 50.34, 40.58

Found the seeds outside grizzlemaw in the camp on the rightside of the entrance. Easy picking, found the 8 seeds in less than 3 minutes.

Best place i've found them is in the small Furbolg encampment just outside of Grizzlemaw (coor 53, 38) very easy to get by killing a frostpaw furbolg and just running around the encampment while the redfangs won't bother you. Yes a few do spawn in the cave but the respawn rate of these is indeed terrible. They are however scattered many and short between in the encampment at the coor i posted.

If there are no seeds in the inside cave, go to the camp in front of the ground entrance to Grizzlemaw (50,48 or so).
If there are no seeds at the ground camp, go to the cave (entrance at 50,40 inside the tree, on the same level as the ground entrance to Grizzlemaw).

There are a few scattered spawns among the "huts" inside the trunk, but they're all very far apart and you probably won't find all 8 that way. The ground camp is easier to reach on foot, but the cave has fewer enemies inside it if you're lazy. Check both and you should have no problems getting all your seeds.

Why so much hate at Blizz? They make a game that millions spend their lives playing and enjoying, and all they get in return is constant aggro...

Anyway, if you'd bothered to scout around you'd find more seeds outside Grizzlemaw to the East, close to the pool at the top of the river.

If you've flown down the middle of the trunk to do the Vordrassil's Sapling quest, walk up one level and take the northern corridor/exit. There'll be a round room with a bunch of the seeds on the ground, with a couple of furbolg's fighting. Didn't aggro any of them as I wandered the perimeter collecting. On the other hand, I was lvl 78 not 74 :)
