the vaccines make a small yellow cloud when you use them. its cd is very short, 1 sec. if you spam it you can make huge yellow clouds, kind of a cool item to have.

When shamans hit a creature with the vaccine it will trigger their shields as if the creature hit them. So if shamans want to quickly do this quest then I would not suggest having lightning shield on. ;)

If you're an enhancement shaman, your Lightning Shield will proc (through Static Shock most likely) when you use this on an animal.

"Ok Shaman, I want you to go innoculate all these bears and elk. Ok good now you've got their attention KILL THEM!"

Drop Lightning Shield before using if you don't want to kill it
