which is the fundamental difference between BOP and BOE: whether you can sell/trade it once you use it.

umm...u cant sell or trade bop OR boe stuff when u use it... and technically this is not bop or boe because anything that is boe will say "binds when equips" on it. schematics/patterns/recipies can be bop or not bop but they cant be boe because they are not armor or weapons
