Alot of spell haste coming! Wouldnt it be kinda imba to be able to lower spellcasting by like 0,5 - 1 sec? :O
But then you have to get 471 spell haste rating which is 30% spell haste to lower a 3 sec cast to ~2 sec.

They look like the t6(+?) itineration of the succession of ele shaman leggings that also included the Stormsong Kilt and Avalanche Leggings and that have generally been superior to their equivalent tier sets. And in keeping with that pattern, this is way better than the Skyshatter legs. Especially since the release of Sunwell means more options for how to get your 4pc ele bonus without having to juggle between the legs or the chestpiece off Illidan.

It's a great thing that these can be turned into healing pants. Because now elemental shamans can pass these and get the cloth pants from Brutallus. Which are, of course, better than these since the dear developers like to *!@# us elementals off by putting in cloth derivatives of the mail gear with almost identical stats, just slightly better.
