The drop rate on this quest is terrible, I've been grinding for at least an hour and I only have chapter 2.

The pages only drop off the Rune Stonecallers and the Rune Stonebinders.
Don't waste your time killing the surrounding mobs, who look similar.

I ran around with Ch 3 wondering when the next chapter was going to drop to make this book. (after an hour) I clicked my Ch 3 and the book appeared. The quest was done. I only had the one chapter. Try right clicking the first chapter that drops for you.

I ran into a bug where the drop rate was great until one member of my 2-person group completed the book. After that, the drop rate dropped to zero. We ungrouped, and the chapters started dropping again at near 100%.

God i was doing this quest forever and never got the 2nd page. I right clicked on of the pages i did have and it made the book for me anyway. I was literally trying to get the 2nd page for over two hours. Thank god thats over with.

I killed two Iron Rune Stonecallers and all parts were dropped by them.

chapters 1 and 3 dropped from one guy, and then the 2nd dropped from the next. Luck i guess.

Tried the trick of having only 1 bit of the book and attempting to make the book, it didnt work, and didnt work when i got a second bit, seems Blizzard caught on and fixed it, oh well...
Lucky i didnt have to kill many others for the final bit.

All three dropped on the same kill for me, but it took multiple kills to even get one.

Just follow NE along the lake to coordinates 69,21 dropped in 4 kills all 3 of them.
