You're wrong.
It drops from Zul'jin himself, there is one of those items per kill, and you can turn it in the near Ghostland camp for 10 Heroic Badges and a little funny event, where you see a guy trying to offer the blood like with the Zul'Gurrub quest from Hakkar's heart, and getting burn because he fails.

Damn 10 heroic badges? That's pretty imba. Im really glad they're adding new rewards in 2.3. I've been saving up for a while now :)

Even if you only can do this quest once, with group loot active there are no current restriction preventing you for winning a green/need roll and loot it.

Its not really truth - people who completed that quest already will not get the window with option to Greed/Need. Only these players who dont completed yet can loot item. Its just like when drops profession patterns (BoP) - only players with that profession can loot pattern.

We went to ZA the other week.
I had not picked up any quests whatsoever before walking.
I win this beauty from Zul'Jin and collect the reward.
The problem is i can not pick up the questline fer the +15sta gem from Prigmon now afterwards i complete it.
Bugg or am i missing something here?

This item drops off of Zul'jin in Zul'Aman. It has to be rolled for as only one drops off of him. The quest cannot be repeated by the same player twice, and it rewards 10x Heroic Badges.

On 3/31, a raid member was able to see this drop even after he had completed the quest. Usually after such a single drop quest item has been done, it does not appear on loot rolling for that player. We did not let him roll on it though. This brings up the possibility that you CAN repeat this quest as of 2.4, or that if you completed it once prior to 2.4, you can complete it one more time.
