Got this last night off of Maiden in Karaz. Note that this is an increase to the base amount, and is not just a "up to +healing" relic. I still use Spontaneous Regrowth totem when I'm on tank healing duty though.

Very nice relic. Got it off our guild's first kill. Comes in handy when I need to pick up offhealing as you can swap relics out during combat.

Actually come to think of it, that it was my first Outlands epic.

This is currently the best Totem in the game for a Resto Shaman, followed by the Totem of Living Water which is purchasable with 20 Badges of Justice in Shattrath.

The posted macro no longer works. I'm leaving the post here anyway as a bit of nostalgia or trivia, but note that it will not actually work anymore. No relic swapping macros or addons will.

Here's a nice little macro to use if you have multiple relics affecting different spells:

#showtooltip Chain Heal
/cast Chain Heal
/equip Totem of Healing Rains

The order is the key here, since switching your relic in combat will cause GCD on all your spells, but will not affect spells you are currently casting. Note that this macro will only change the relic if you have your target selected when you click this. That way you don't risk ending up in a situation where the spell goes into targeting mode and then instantly goes on GCD, meaning you would effectively silence yourself.

Testing shows that the GCD caused by relic swapping is affected by haste, so you can use similar macros for Lesser Healing Wave and downranked HWs without having to worry about haste/Bloodlust messing you up.

This is a great totem but sadly Totem of the Bay https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=38368 is better and you can get it at lvl 74

Considering how much my guild utilizes chain heal for raid healing, this will certainly be a nice piece for our shamen.
