A very nice priest or resto druid neck. Only spirit/heal neck I know of before going into Karazhan.

I'm not really sure this item deserves item level 115. There are 2 other blue healing necks with "better" stats in my opinion.

1. Ogre Slayer's Pendant 9 more stam, 2 more +healing, and the same intellect... the only thing you're missing here is the spirit. I used this one for pvp healing until I could afford an honor purchased neckpiece. (Item level 100).

2. Natasha's Guardian Cord I don't know the exact spirit to mp5 conversion... but, to me, 6mp5 > 17 spirit. It has less int and no stam, but 20 more +healing. For everyday healing in instances and heroics you shouldn't be taking enough damage to worry too much about your health (and if you do, then switch to the Ogre's one). Also, you can always chug mana potions if you run low on mana... and the first thing people ask healers trying to get into groups or raids is, "how much + healing do you have" --> so the 20 extra healing puts this necklace ahead in my opinion. (Item level 103).

Both are available from lv65 questlines that aren't teribly hard.
