this is probably the best lvl 60 tanking ring you can get, and since theres one with crit and one with spell crit, you can have 2 of them. That gives you 50 stamina and 2 sockets wich is veeery good :)

If you have TBC and are considering making a lvl 60 twink, this is a MUST!

(yes lvl 60 twink isint dumb, its pwnage in AV and great challenge in other BGs, for those who are bored owning at lvl 70 and soon 80)

Not to be too obvious here, but with WOTLK out, these are more useful.

Before, a basic red AP gem in here gave 12 AP.
Now, a basic red gives 24 AP.
Making this ring last alot longer while lvling.

This can be bought from a vendor in honor hold with your honor points. i think its around 5000 honor. Not a bad ring to help you level.

Can I equip this and the other ring from Honor Hold? They both say Unique so I'm assuming I cant equip two of the band of the victor ones.

Throwing 2 +12 stam gems into both of those and I'd be set through KZ practically for tanking!
