Picked this up today while questing through Nagrand orc camps. According to another WoW database, this item will only drop off Warmaul Shaman (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=18064) in Nagrand, and is a very low-percentage drop.

I had the chance to have 1 dropped 2 days ago in Nagrand from the Ogres in the north west (can't remember their names)

I put it on the AH for 950g, it got buyout 2 minutes later, I guess it can be sold for more if one is patient enough.

Had one drop from a level 65 Clefthoof Bull in Nagrand. Sold for 1100g in less than a day.

This is a great tanking meta. With this, Battlemaster, and improved leader of the pack aura it would almost be like having another healer.

p.s. Yes I know Battlemaster doesn't work for druids. I'm refering to the occassions when a feral druid happens to be in the same group as your warrior/pally MT.

I put it up for 750g bid, 1000g buyout. The gem itself runs 125g to 150g on my server.

This just dropped On Sunday(6/3/07) for me in Nagrad(Cenariun server). It was dropped by a Windyreed mob. I think this is just a random drop with no good way to Farm it. Should I give it to the guild jewelcrafter or AH it?

Had this drop on Aszune server on monday not sure what to it for so i put it on the AH for 800g buy out 1000g as some of the other patterns that were not as high a level were asking 750g plus.

it does not restore very much,something like 60-100 healt/hit,i had one

True it restores 60-100 +/-, BUT like those HoT trinkets this adds up when stacked with other H0T buffs.

I am 70 Prot with a wicked all pre-Kara gear build (unbuffed 13600 HP, 515 Def, 20% each dodge/parry/block)

Every little bit helps. I have this plus crusader weapon enchant (heals about the same when it procs). Typical 2 min fight I get about 500-1,000 in "free" heals (+ alchemist stone and Super Heal pot = 3000-4000 in self heals).

When an add kills a healer during a boss fight and I am toe-toe with the boss with no one else standing and finish him off with only a couple hundred hit points, that's when that little bit really is a lot!
