The P.S. portion of this letter is the only evidence that night elves are not all gay. At the end, it states:

"Night elf virgins are in short supply these days."

i wanted these plans so much since the ring with spell dmg is very nice. I thought i had to kill hundreds of mobs because of the low drop rate, and guess what i got it from the first demon i killed :P

lol, I was doing different quests for killing demons, and these dropped, didn't even notice them till I was selling stuff since I got auto-loot on hehe... I love the end of the letter quote:

I killed about 50+ Searing Infernals, Roaming Felguards, and Mannoroc Lashers with no luck. Then I decided to pick up the Destroy The Legion quest from Valusha and looted the plans off the first Mannoroc Lasher I found. I thought maybe it would not drop since my lvl 39 was much higher than the quest, but I found it at 80,65.

Got it off the 2nd mob I killed. Having the "Destroy the Legion" quest seems to make a huge difference.
