These are much more useful than they seem. 100 mana can be the difference between a finisher spell or being whacked to death.

I make lvl 10 "Bait twinks" and so I'm usually dealing with only around 400-550 availible mana on each toon. if i get into long fights mana regen becomes a big issue. Usually i had only minor mana potion because lesser is unavailable until lvl 14.

What i was doing was using both the minor pot for about 150 mana, and a crystalized mana residue for 60, at the same time since they dont share a CD and that would give me just over 200 mana back.

Now that i have discovered this item, i can gain over 250 mana in one sec durring a tough fight and that is almost always half of my mana pool. This stuff is great!

After making an attempt to farm this stuff i have a few useful findings:
It does not bind or have a limit so far (as expected) so easy to drop in the mail to your alts.
It is usable even by a lvl 1 if that is you favorite instead of 10's
It of course, DOES NOT share a CD with your mana potion
It drops off of Arcane devourers in Ghostlands very close to Tranquillien, and they are in a nice tight group of 15 or so.
Unfortunately, the drop is only about 14% and a full clear may get you 3 or none and the respawn is about 6 minutes so if you farm on a higher toon like 40+ you have to sit and wait for each round to spawn.

Neverthless, if you want to stack these, they are very farm-able and a 100 mana boost to any mana potion up through lvl 35 is pretty nice! That gets you an extra cast of most spells.
