You can get these from an Argent Dawn NPC after 50 battles against the Scourge are won. You can find out how many are won on your server by asking an Argent Dawn Emissary. Every 50 wins gets an upgrade to these marks.

50 Wins - Lesser Marks of the Dawn = 10 Stamina at level 60
100 Wins - Marks of the Dawn = 20 Stamina at level 60
150 Wins - Greater Mark of the Dawn = 30 Stamina at 60

Note that at 150 battles won, the Scourge Invasion is considered "driven back" and all those Scourge spawn nodes all over the world will disappear.

Started getting the lesser marks on my server today, but the Argent Dawn guy says we've only won 39 battles.

Increases Stamina by 11, according to the tooltip. Stacks with buff food and scrolls.
And the messenger says we've only won 38 battles...

these are from the argent paladin's in the major cities. not sure when they start to show up for people, but they stack to a max of three and the paladin will replenish your supply of them whenever you want. i'm wondering if there is a greater version of these nice marks.

At level 45 these increased my stamina by 7 for an hour.

K, I've been doing stuff all day and I don't know when or how this showed up in my bag... I guess I should read my quests more often.
