I'd say this is the standard healing gem for the first socketed items a fresh 60 to 70 gets on their way through Outland. This along with Royal Shadow Draenite and Luminous Flame Spessarite should fulfill any healing gem socket needs. Until the big league healing stuff that is.

I'm not sure if this Design can still be bought from Kalaen/Tatiana. (I haven't seen them.)
But regardless they can now be learned from Master JC trainers. So Design is no longer needed.

Basic 300+ gem patterns can be found in Thrallmar or Honor Hold depending on race, Workin on 340+ to see where they are

hey does any one no what Lv. J.C u have to be to start cutting gems? cause the J.C lvs r off but idk by how much.

For all those with confusion about the basic jem cutting designes...
First off Gem designes become available at lvl 300JC
Go to your respective JC trainer in Hellfire Peninsula, and if your reading the posts and you still ask them to train you do not be suprised when they have nothing for you... you must ask them to show you their wares. It will open up a vendor window where you can buy the designes. So far unlimited patterns for 4 and 5 gold each.

And no, when you ask tatiana to show you here wares shes not gonna take her top off, but she will flash you with her goods. :)
