You have to turn in Insignias of the Dawn and Insignias of the Crusade, amount of the depends on your faction standing with Argent Dawn.

I don't think so, but it's easier to get considering how wanky people are over killing Cho'Rush.

Therefore this helm is awesome since you can do it yourself and it's sweet.

But... DOES IT LOOK COOL? Insightful looks like utter trash.

I can't believe this isn't epic. This helm is incredible for druid-healing and better than many epics for this purpose. It looks goofy though, like a bright pale blue motorcycle helmet with flames (*shrug*). It looks like a cloth model for leather instead. (imo - nothing looks cooler than the old Feathermoon Headress).

This is by far the easiest to acquire, and best healer helm you can get pre-MC/ZG/AQ20 (for all but Priests). Shamans and Paladins might take a downgrade in armor to wear this, but most shammy and pally healers don't need the extremely high armor anyway. +40 healing with this many stats on it? Shoot people, this is almost epic. If they would have added 4 mana/5 sec then this WOULD be epic :P
