this is a good way to make some extra money...u can sell this for at least 50 silver /stack (dunno if it work at AH...u should try to sell them on general chat in Ghostland ). Or u can keep them for yourself and make some reputation with Tranquillie; 500 reputation per quest :p

When hovering your cursor over mobs, it will not say if this item drops or not for the quest Rotting Hearts.

The drop rate for these is pretty bad. About 6 mobs for 1 heart

That is not the drop rate, I've killed over 100 and gotten 8

I got a good drop rate off the "Risin Hungerer's" between 40,30 and 40,33 in that area just off the road. Good luck!

You will prolly get some of them from the earlier quest with killing 10 of each, Don't be as stupid as me and sell them because then this one will take much more time time.

The mobs that drop these share spawn points with other mobs, so if you're farming them, it's best to kill everything in the area.
