Just droped from an oracle, only killed three or so. I was only enchanter in the party, and the only one who saw it drop.

The .4% drop rate is 100% accurate. Remember folks, it's a bop enchant. So if you run a group that doesn't have an enchanter, you will not see it drop.

I'm exalted with CE and I have yet to see it drop. I don't think any of the other enchanters in my guild have it either. The drop rate must be very very low.

1k from exalted on my priest, never seen it drop. Almost revered with my warrior and seen it drop once. Of course my priest is the chanter, lol.

well, I found this enchant to be a bad one for pvp/pve mostly because stamina is a cheap stat (the gem rate value is 12 stamina=9spd/8int/8agi/16ap/8DR) so basicly, the 12in is better for casters for pvp(if your oom your as dead as your with 0hp) 12str for warriors and 24ap for rogues/hunters is better too. for tanking I would take the 12DR and for pve casters I would go for the 15 spelldamge
all give you much more expensive stats then stamina in less cost (all but the spelldamge, but pve costs lots of gold)

Although the stats are undercosted as compared to an enchant like spellpower, the stats arent linear. For example, the higher stamina you get, the harder it is to get more. 8000 - 10000 may be easy but 10000 - 12000 would be much more difficult. The level of gear the player is using also has to be taken into account. The balance of stats has to be taken into account. To say that X Y and Z enchant is better is a falacy since you cannot say with 100% certainty that the enchant you use will be best for everyone.

From my perspective as a mage the 2 premier stats in pvp are Resilience and Stamina. Spell damage and intellect are more easily picked up on other slots at a much lower cost and are valued less to me as compared to survival tools. As I stated above stamina is harder to get at higher levels so in my pvp bracers I tend to run the hybrid steady talasite and the 12stam enchant.

Can we please move discussion for the Enchant away from this thread. This is for discussion of the Formula to learn the Enchant...some actually want to come here to see how often it drops in practice, since drop rates on these types of items are skewed on Wowhead.

you can be lvl 1 if u want (in enchanting) it drops if you got the profession.

Drop rate on this formula his horrible, ive been using 3 accounts to solo farm for it, only killing first 3 packs, then only pulling those with a orcale in them, one of the chars went from friendly to exalted and it still hasn't dropped for me :/

Does it only drop in heroic or normal as well? wowhead is only showing it in heroic..

Just dropped for me in Heroic SV. I had to kill 5 Oracles before it popped, so don't despair if the first few kills don't pay out — the drop rate is high in Heroic, but not guaranteed.

i dont know if you guys have friends or family who work for blizz. but i´ve cleared the front room at least 10 times and no recipe. if there are oracles anywhere else in the instance, i wouldnt know, wowhead doesnt show where mobs in instances are on any instance maps. and nobody on this page or the page for the npc has commented on their exact whereabouts.

edit: i just got it , took over 15 clears of the front room. at least i got some armaments and a lot of greens. cloth classes are obviously have a big disadvantage when it comes to farming heroics, PW:shield is gone after 1 hit and after that 2k+ hits. so farming hc´s is out of the question. really unfair, especially considering that prot pala´s can solo farm the battered hilt.

This dropped my first run, two enchanters in group but I rolled need and the other greed. Obviously I won. I'm not sure if he already had it or didn't notice it was BOP? Well, I won it.

I believe this drops in Steamvaults. I saw a BOP enchant to bracers drop there but me not being an enchanter, I didn't pay too close attention to it. Althou I do believe that this was the plan I saw drop. Droped early in the instance too, I think it drops off of one of the Naga.

it's a higher drop rate than what stated above, since only enchanters can see it drop. so if it isn't an enchanter in you group, it won't be shown. and if it drops and it is an enchanter in the group, only the enchanter can roll on it

unbelievable, some people actually get this on their first run on lvl 68 or whatever, i've already been exalted for more than a month, doing this as often as i can, yet to see this piece of ^&*! drop, f...in rng, while we're at it, same exact story with the one from mana tombs.. ffs!
