Very similar to the bat costume in what it lets you do.

In wisp form you can still use objects/items - I did the whole horseman's fires quest in this form.

Movement is fine, can even jump, hearth and catch the zep. Can't mount or use FP. Exception on mounting is if you were already mounted up when it was cast on you - you remain mounted and hovering, as a wisp, slightly above your mount and still able to run around.

Form is cancelled if you take any damage (I broke the form with fall damage once and from taking 2 damage from a bat near Brill) BUT you can still attack (silenced though, no spells allowed it seems). As a hunter I was able to shoot as well as set my pet on things and provided I didn't take any damage, this worked well.

Also, be sure to eat in this form - wisp eating animation is awesome.

The treat bag from which the object originates is received by speaking to an Inn Keeper during the Hallow's End event.

Unlike the masks that drop from the treat bags and some of the Hallow's End candy, these have no duration. However, you can only use the wand 5 times before it disappears.

These used to be instant-cast, but now the effect takes 3 seconds to cast onto the selected party member.

In wisp form, you cannot attack or cast spells. Effect dissipates if you take damage.

This is my favourite wand. I used to #$%^ off my raidleader so much using this one on him during raids, as it indeed rendered him useless. Good old times.

Using this or any other Hallow's End wand will flag you for PvP if the target is flagged for PvP.

this i great to use in arathi basin. I was able to fool them for about ten minutes. and when i was discoved its easy to hide becase of your size.

you turn into a blue ghostly head, unfortunately you can't attack or use abilities while you have this on you

Try using blacksmithing or engineering as a wisp, the hammer just spins in midair

if you have this wand and have the goblin transport wand from the horde quest you can transport to gonmergan wisp and ride the tram to stormwind float through and laugh all the way...

a warrior using the thing that makes his hands glow orange (damned if i know what that's called) in wisp form looks BADASS... like a little swirly universe thing.
