There's a rare chance of getting old dungeon mounts and pets from these boxes.
So far, I can confirm the following:
Swift White Hawkstrider
Reins of the Raven Lord
Golden Dragonhawk Hatchling

This is the version of the Adventuring Supplies you get from being a tank or healer in a WOTLK dungeon.

The version you get from questing is this box, and it does not seem to have a chance to give pets or mounts:Northrend Adventuring Supplies

I got a Crimson Snake from this version of the box.

I literally just pulled Deathcharger's Reins from one of these

The box for tank and heals drops from the first dungeon of the day, from the first run of each dungeon daily, or from whatever how many dungeons you do?

I had trouble finding which Supplies container I had, but after a bit of googling I found a useful command that you can use to exactly know which of these supplies you have.
First you have to run command/macro: /run SLASH_ITEMID1="/itemid" SlashCmdList=function(msg) local _,link=GetItemInfo(msg) if link then ChatFrame1:AddMessage(msg .. " has item ID: " .. link:match("item:(%d+):")) end end
And then you can use /itemid <link item here>
and the chat will print item id number which you copy paste into browser https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=<code number here>
And voila! You now know exactly which one of these (possibly 4) containers you have!
