Can someone confirm if this is the same as with the TBC mount? If what I'm seeing is correct, you'd be able to fly at 280% speed with 75 riding.

I just bought the upgrade from Blizzard but i cannot find the epic mount in my bags nor in my mailbox. Is this a mount you only get when enterring Northrend ?

The Kalu’ak Whalebone Glider, a flying mount for your Classic characters for use only in Wrath of the Lich King Classic and designed to match the look of the original expansion

I got this mount as a NE by going in Darnassus to the innkeeper. There I also got the other special edition items.

It's a 150% mount when you have 225 riding. So nothing special (too bad)

You can get this mount on all your WotLK Classic characters once you purchased the Northrend Epic Upgrade.

Any race can get it from a capital city inkeeper in any of your faction's capital cities, or from Landro Longshot in Booty Bay.

There is no time limit to get it, and future characters can get it as well.

It scales with your riding/flying skill - so you can use it even if you can't fly, but then it'll just stay on the ground, of course.

Blizz needs to adjust the "ride height" of this mount as you get dismounted in shallow water where other mounts have no issue. An example is the shallow puddles all over Dustwallow Marsh. If I mount the Charger, I can run through the same puddle that dismounts the Glider every time.

Just an FYI.. Annoying, and I hope they address this!
