What is this? Anyone know what's in it or what the quest is about?

Appears to be a Battlegrounds reward. Probably similar in contents to the packages from wastewander water pouches.

As you first start Battlegrounds (BG), your repuation with the Night Elf Sentinels is Neutral. There is a quest a Night Elf Sentinel will give you when you first arrive at Silverwing Hold, the location of BG for the Alliance. When you participate in BG and win matches by CTF 3 times before the Horde does, your reputation with the Night Elf Sentinels increases. Once your reputation with them turns from Neutral to Friendly, they will give you the Sentinel Standard Care Package. I myself haven't earned a friendly reputation with them yet, but this is what I'm assuming will happen from what I've read.
