As of patch 2.3 this neck item has been changed lowering it's Spirit by 5, and increasing damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 12 whilst equipped.

A good change in my opinion and any casters first choice when reaching this lvl, thus you can get loads of other great necks out there, but they often come with a much lower drop rate and may be bought off the action house for ridiculous prices for some few +X/+Y extra.

A nice tankadin neck item too, the stamina is pretty good, and it is a good source of spell damage which is very rare at this level.

Got it on my druid until i get better, its a decent neck piece for healers indeed.

This is, to my eyes, the worst drop Erikanus has in his list. Good thing he usually drops 2 items :)

Sure, +15 spirit is good for healers in general, but with jewelry crafting, I am sure there must be something easily obtainable that is comparable to this (not a JC and too lazy to check....just a gut feeling).

Even if JC does not have anything currently, I find this overall a rather poor upgrade (if any upgrade at all) to the triune amulet from Whitemane in Scarlet Monastery....which anyone running ST should basically be able to solo :)

I actually think the +7 intellect/stamina/spirit on Triune trumps this thing overall....trading 1 less stamina, -7 intellect (70 mana) for 8 more spirit - what is that, another quarter a mana point regen per tick?. Not a good trade.

But again, just an opinion.

oh and for future people on this,i know it is better now beeing patch 2.3,but before it was no +dmg
so dont pressure those guys up there,it was bad at the time

hey this thing after patch 2.3 rocks, i had the triune amulet on my mage until this dropped and the plus dmg it gives is worth the intellect and spirit lost.
