Ok, this faction is reachable!
It's kind of an easter egg though... First you have to get twin blades of Illidan (those legendary ones (if you cant use the twin blades, you can just be in party with the one who kills the leader of darnassus, explaining later) and then you can talk with the guy who gives the first Netherwing quest, Kindness, and kill him. Then you get orders to kill the leader of Night Elves in Darnassus (yes works with alliance as well) and then you have to loot her head.
Travel to Shattered Halls and enter heroic and when you are about to kill last boss, throw the head at him (works like an AoE bomb when you press it) and he'll become friendly. He'll ask you to kill every single faction leader of the races (Only one, not Rexxar for instance. Thrall, Cairne, the elite guy behind king in SW) and when that is done, you can speak to him again and you'll recieve a potion that allows you to slaughter Mag'har at the Hellfire outpost of Mag'har. When you kill that outposts leader, you can interact with the ghost and with him get a long chain that involves mooning Kael'Thas, spitting at Lady Vashj and begging for Hogger (Hogger is last part) and when that is done, you can get 450% flying skeleton mount!
