I had some trouble finding Tanner Camp but if you go the Outhouse (with the quests) and then follow the mountains, walking south, you'll get it. Just follow the mountains as close you can.

better coord for Grimesilt Dig Site is 62, 62.3 and Tanner Camp 64.7, 73.5

While doing this, I implore everyone to look at their minimap while at Blackchar Cave. If you look carefully, you'll notice it looks like the face of a black man (hence the name Blackchar = black character).
