One of the more annoying achievements, not because it's hard to get, nor easy, no, it's because every incompitent raid leader requests that you; "link tha ach". Not only is it irrelivant to the players ability to completely clear Naxx, but is often on times just simply false, I have often seen players /afk for the whole runs leaving the rest of the raid with a dead weight on their backs. On the other hand, it is nice to see on the raid leader wether or not the group sucks before joining. :þ

I actually got this achievement during a guild run in Naxx25.

As a raid leader I'm often tempted to say this if I can only get 1 guildy healer, or need to pug an OT, still, I would be able to see if someone has this achievement by armorying them (plus then i see if they have the gear as well). Though if I'm looking for a naxx pug, and a Raid leader sends me a "

", I feel safer getting saved =/

Contrary to popular belief, you will -not- get this for only killing Kel'Thuzad, like the achievement says, you need to have done all wings&their bosses.
