This is referring to transforming into all Halloween (Hallow's End) costumes available during the Hallow's End event. Costumes can be cast on party members so if your friend gets one you don't have he can help you complete the achievement by casting a costume on you. (Each costume has 5 charges)

I wonder if random can help you, saying that you only need the buff, they don't care where it comes from.

I've just tested this out and at the moment if you still have any Hollowed Wands in your bank from last year, you can give away free achievements by using them on people.
How ever, the "Random" wands do not grant the achievements of The Masquerade.

Seems people on my server are charging gold for the charges in the wands they get, might be a good idea to save your gold and ask friends unless you really are desperate to obtain this achievement. ^^

There is one little quirk about this achievement. If you use it on someone who is shape shifted or on a mount they won't get the buff. Don't worry, it seems that to get the achievement you don't need to receive the buff you just have to have the wand used on you.

What is the questline and some tips for someone to get the Hallowed title?

My guild held a "Wand Party" a couple nights ago, where we all met in Shatt and formed a raid to trade costumes. You can always do the same. Such teamwork is, after all, the point of a guild.

If you've been trick or treating with alts on the same account as the character you wish to get this achievement on here's how you do it.

First step is to form a group. You'll need some assistance with this one. Have a friend invite the character you wish to get this achievement on.

Second step, find a safe area outside of a city / rested zone. Somewhere easy for your little alt to get to. For instance outside the IF gates. It's very important that there is no "Zzz" in your character bar.

Thirdly, minimize WoW, right click on it in your toolbar and close it that way. Then open it back up and log into the alt with the wands. Have friend invite alt to the group. Get alt to where ever you logged out the character you are using wands on. If you did this ahead of time then you'll see your other character standing there.

If your character is still standing there, fire away with the wands. Usually takes about 30 seconds from the time you close wow from your desktop for the character to disappear.

If the character has vanished then you need to go to the desktop, close WoW, reload WoW and log in as him to refresh him. Then use the same method to switch back to your Alt(s) with the wands.

Because, unlike some of the other Hallow's End achievements, this one does not say that you have to be transformed during the Hallow's End event, I would expect that you can obtain this achievement even after Hallow's End is over.

Confirmed that you can get this achievement AFTER Hallow's End is over with.

Has anyone tried using a trial account to make an alt to Trick or Treat for wands?

I received some bluffs making Tricks and Treats but not Treat Bag. Receiving the bluff in this cases seem not give criterias for archievement.

Someone can confirm this?

Does Spell Reflect work correctly with the wands? Can I cast my wand at a warrior, have the transform reflected back to me, and get credit for it?

You can have the wands from trick or treat at innkeeper or yell on global channel for the spell . A wand has 5 charges and u must be in party with the guy who has the wand . Hope it's helpfull :)
