I just did a few of these quests. and they took away a quest from my daily 25. But I did not get credit in the achievement.

Edit: Turns out the achievement UI is buggy, I see the horde version of the achievement on my alliance gnome. I am gonna do em all and see if I can still get it.

It currently is IMPOSSIBLE to get this acheivement as is bugged out for me and several other people I know. The red rockets that you ride aren't showing up at all..

All these quests are currently available and achievable.

If you are having troubles with Riding the Red Rocket, make sure you get some Element 115 before trying to get on the red rockets (no need to talk to the NPC beside the rockets). Obviously this is also the quest which requires your faction (Aliiance or Horde) to have complete control of the Lighthouse.
