Completely explorable without a flying mount.

The only section that you MIGHT have trouble finding is Rage Fang Shrine; that's the cave at about (48, 58) with the entrance to the area around (53, 56).

Also, be careful discovering Drakil'jin Ruins. Elites like to chill around that area.
