Not even worth wasting you're time on in my opinion. Solo'd as a level 50 Shadow Priest twice and only got money as drops both times. Experience isn't even that great.

These giants do have a level differential (53-54), but they both drop the same stuff. Level 53 is a bit more descriptive of the loot, but it also applies to level 54. I have proven this by seeing the drops from the level 54s. I just enabled the thottbot addon, so hopefully I should be able to contribute what I say, in facts.

I heard a long time ago (pre-BC) that killing these guys supposedly makes you lose reputation with Hydraxis. Any truth to that rumor?

Servant of Arkkoroc are from 53-55, not 53-54.
Just saw the 55 when I was questing.

These guys do drop more than what is shown here, but not the pattern.
They have a cleave so watch out, farm them near Loramus Thalipedes if you struggle with them, they share same spawn as The Sons.
