Formerly served in Alterac Valley (until patch 2.3). (To current knowledge) He, Primalist Mulfort, Siegesmith (formerly Lieutenant) Stronghoof, and Lieutenant Murp are the only Horde NPC's in Alterac Valley who came back after being removed.

Not a specific comment in this thread yet, but noticed that a lot of people are having trouble finding the Wintergrasp quest NPCs, so here we go:

Alright, here's how to find him. If you go at any random time to your landing site or the keep when a battle isn't scheduled any time soon, he'll most likely be there. However, both at the start and end of a battle, I assume as part of the process that resets Wintergrasp, EVERY quest NPC despawns. A few minutes after the start of the battle or the end of it, they'll spawn where they're supposed to be, either at the landing camp or in the fortress.

Edit - Example Process:

Alliance controls WG, 30 minutes until battle
He is spawned at the Flight Point
or
Horde controls WG, 30 minutes until battle
He is spawned in the Fortress

Battle Begins
He is despawned
About 5 minutes into battle
He respawns at wherever he was before the battle started

Battle Ends
He is again despawned
About 5 minutes after battle
He respawns in Fortress if Horde won, at the base camp if Alliance won

This and this guy doesn't see stealthers even tho they have the "eye" on them which usually "indicates" that they see you. I'm subtlety though, but other npc's with "the eye" have seen me, no matter if i have the right talents or not.

I'm sapping this guy for fun when horde has WG... Along with other hordies. :D
