Just found several of them under water. Just swam round the Pool of Tears.
The area of the pool near the shores is pretty shallow, that seems to be a zone where they can easily be found. Also easier to spot them here than the ones on land.

Make sure to check under the water's surface too. Some will be deep and you will actually have to submerge for them.

this should be easy as pie for undead rouges, stealth and go underwater, u can be under there a long time and find a lot before u need to surface.

this is pretty simple for druids in aquatic form too.

found one underwater at 74,55 (twice!)
one on the shore at 76, 63 (some liferoot nearby)
on shore at 62, 52
on shore 70, 64
underwater at 66, 59
underwater 74, 47
underwater 71, 60
underwater 65, 51
underwater 67, 45
mossy footlocker at 70, 60... bring a rogue.

the ones underwater are dark and the water is murky, youve got to look closely.
they mostly respawned, but someone should check and confirm these coords.

All you need to do for this one is keep going around on land and just look for them I just roamed around on the land/not the building, and found all 10

After a while all you have to do is go back to the ones you've already found. You DON'T have to find 10 DIFFERENT artifacts.

since the patch and the helpful particles around things like this, i found something out while doing this stupid quest. after you get something once, the particle glow will not return..... but when the object respawns you can still get it. just a lot harder to see in the stupid murky lake without a particle, but go look again at ones you've already clicked and you will save some time that way.

I found all of them in the shallow part of the water. Some were up near tree roots and fallen stones where the water is so shallow you can't dive. Spot the item from underwater, swim towards it. When you pop above water, mouse around until you get the manipulate cursor. One you can't see from underwater was right at the waterline behind the sloping wall section opposite the NW corner of the temple.

There is a random spawn time of 3 to 9 minutes each they also respawn in exactly same place. I timed 5 different locations and they all averaged about 7 minute respawn times but did vary considerably occasionally. found a couple ,that were at loc 67,63,, 68,61,, 74,65,, 76,54,, 74,42. they spawn in exactly the same spot every time, these are safe from Somnus and the fish in the water. The sparkles that Blizzard added with the last big patch make this much easier, though you still have very murky water to deal with. NoSpt so bad, though.

These are ground spawn along the bottom of the pool.

Setting terrain and ground details on 1 (lowest quality) helps A LOT when you trying to find these in grass (on land).
