Putting these on in major cities will reduce the loading lag significantly. If you have outfit addons, you can set up events to automatically equip them in cities.

Where it says "Requires Enginering" does that mean that you have to have enginnering to just create it and anyone, even people who dont have the engineering proffesion, can wear it or does it mean only engineers can wear it?

The good use I found these is to remove the annoying naked bug. Equip these xray specs and then unequip them removes the naked bug.

How to kill Lich King only with 2 players :

Ally:
The leader trade Gnomish X-Ray Specs to Lich King and the healer (draenei/night elf female) starts to dance , in all this time Fordring and the leader will kill The lich king

Horde:
The leader trade Gnomish X-Ray Specs to Lich King , but before that he sets specs to zoom 4x , after that the tank , an orc/tauren warrior is facing The lich king with the back . :D all done . Lich King is terrified and he beg for mercy :)).
