the only time you can get this recipe is during the lunar festival. you must do there quests and collect stones and the recipe will be a reward from them.

These rocket schematics are purchased with the Coins of Ancestry you get from the Elder quests found in Moonglade during the Lunar Festival. The recipes are Bind on Pickup, so if you're not an engineer, they won't do you any good. You won't be able to mail them to an alt or sell them on AH.

The set of three can be purchased for 5 Coins of Ancestry from the Lunar Festival Vendor standing next to the Elune's Blessing quest https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=8868 giver Valadar Starsong https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=15864 in Moonglade. The coords for the quest giver and the Lunar Festival Vendor Fariel Starsong standing next to him are 53.2,35.3 in Moonglade.

It says that these schematics drop off Weird NPC's like bankers and stuff. This cant be right. Whats going on.

you get these from the NPCs in Moonglade... you turn in 5 coins of ancestry to the npc at lvl 55 and you get the scematics. now that the festival is over... it is hopeless beyond AH to get these schematics till next year.

Keep in mind that all of these rocket schematics are Bind on Pickup, so if you're not an engineer DO NOT BUY THEM!

Ironically, the Launcher schematics are not BoP.
