the freebie 4 slot is an upgrade from an empty bag slot and allows you to go a little longer before you HAVE to buy bags.

The higher level before you buy the bigger the bags you will afford.(assuming you don't have a main to send you some gold for big bags)

Surprisingly, this leather bag is made from Canvas Scraps. How that works, I don't know.

mine became a 8 slot bag, i don't know when it happened, but i checked when i was level 13.

This is an easy way for a new player to get more inv slots. Just head SE of Razor Hill until you run into the sailors and marines near the fortress. They drop canvas scraps. Bag only has 4 slots though - be advised. Still, handy for quest items and potions.

I would concur that a 4 slot sucks, however, the XP and Reputation boost is definitely worth it!

If you're a new player, with no "high lvl connections", this is a good way to get some more slots, and you get the usual xp bonus also :)

I just learned how to get it. For all you new players! (this is kinda like the horde side of ol' blanky. lol) You go southwest up Razorhill, and you find one of the odd tower thingies that are in a lot of horde cities. THEN you go to the top and the guy gives you the quest.

At level 6 or 7, this bag is tottaly worth it and it DOES provide good exp and reputation. The bag is great for reagents and etc. I recommend this quest!
