It's probably obvious to most, but it wasn't to me ( /shame ), Coldarra is not a different zone and the quests there count toward this achievement, making it easily achievable even if you miss out certain group quests or that annoying one where you need to buy stuff from an engineer.

I assumed they wouldn't due to them being under a seperate Coldarra heading in the quest log.

So far I'm not sure if quests in the Nexus will count too.

At the moment i'm questing there but I'm stuck at 126/130 and I can't seem to find any new quests...

Edit: It seems that I have misseld the D.E.H.T.A. questline ^^, when doing these you go over 130 quests :D

Nexus quests will NOT count towards this acheivement

I think you will also find that in Howling Fjord Allince has to complete 130 quests for the acheivement while Horder only has to do 105 so this evens itself up as well

There's more quests then you need for the achievement.

this achievement seems to be bugged. My warrior completed 123 quests there, signed in the next day and the count is now at 0. I cant go back and do the quests again, so is going to be the only quest achievement am lacking so far.

The Coldarra counts as apart of Borean Tundra, but the dungeon quests from there for The Nexus do not count as Borean Tundra quests.

If you are missing quests for this achievement click here and on the top left of the page click «show quests», of your own faction ofc.You will see all possible quests you can pick up in the Borean Tundra, and their lvl prerequesite.Also remember, you don't need to do All of them, but you need to complete the majority of the quests.

I was stuck at 124/130 until I found Iggy "Tailspin" Cogtoggle. Then I completed this achievement, as well as Loremaster of Northrend.

It's easy to overlook the Murloc quests in the upper North-West region of the map, starting with https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=25197

At coords 44,77 there is a "Captured Tuskarr Prisoner" getting beat on by a Riplash Myrmidon. kill the Myrmidon and wait a few seconds, the prisoner will show an Exclamation Point to talk to Karuk about him. Hope this helps.
