A reasonably similiar use to the Glyph that increases the range of Mind Flay while removing the slowing effect, this glyph, like the mind flay one, seems to tailored to raiders, as it removes an aspect of one of their main damage spell that has limited uses in raids, in exchange for something that improves their damage or utility in raiding, quite nice for the raiding frost mage.

Any Beta testers know if this negates Frostbite and Fingers of Frost?
If it's the latter (and hence, both, I imagine) then this is a worthless Glyph. There's no point in buffing your damage if you lose one of your primary talents.
