This can be done on normal mode or heroic mode.

So I didn't wait and dropped the quest - figured it was a bug. Was going to go back into the souls and grab it..only, yep, go back in and she's not offering it. Any ideas how to pick it up again? Complete first instance again?

I waited about a minute or so. Being in stealth I just walked around and got close to the mob standing there and she appeared.

The level requirement is 78.

I missed handing in this quest a couple times and s guildy said as a rogue he went in and stealthed close to the first mob and came back and she was there when he un-stealthed. So I figured I try as a mage and used invisibility and went to the mob and back and yep she was there for me to hand in quest and get the next part.
