You get this quest from the Public Relations Agent outside of SW's bank in the trade district.
So just go around spraying anyone who dosen't have a loveheart above them with Crown Cologne Sprayer that you're supplied with. Once you spray 10 people, hand in the quest.

You can achieve 30 Love tokens a day 5 tokens per daily. You will picked randomly for Bobon blitz, A Cloudlet of Classy Cologne, A Perfect Puff of Perfume either of those 3 dailies will be doable by the goblin inside your trade city.

The debuff also fades whenever you step outside of the city. I'd imagine it would be possible for two people to get all their samplings finish quickly by standing just inside the city's border to get sprayed, then running over to get rid of the debuff.

This is one of the easiest daily quests in existence. Simply accept the quest and then spray 10 nearby characters that do not already have the debuff to earn 13 gold, 23 silver.

Nobody has mentioned this so I'm not sure if I'm crazy - none of my male characters have seen Perfume available, and none of my female characters have seen Cologne available. And I'm pretty sure I've checked on the same day. Am I nuts, or are they gender specific?

Edit: Confirmed. logged into a male and female alt at the same quest giver within the span of a minute - one got Cologne, one got Perfume.

One way to do this (or the perfume or chocolate dailies) quickly if you're in Orgrimmar is to go into the inn and do all those NPCs. If Gamon is alive, that's 8/10 down right there.

In Stormwind, the bank is handy, if not as good as Orgrimmar's inn. You can do the 3 bank teller NPCs and any players who are standing around, as well as the 2 guards right outside the bank entrance and possibly the named guard who patrols in once in a while.
