I thought of this too late; what if you take him to the Dragon version of Alexstrasza at the wrath gate instead of Wyrmrest, or Hemet Nesingwary in Nagrand instead of Scholazar?

Thankfully, you don't need Cold Weather Flying to get up there, the Steward will fly you up. :)

Nothing, the quest specifically says: '...at the top of Wyrmrest Temple.'

You must take him to Alexstrasza at Wyrmrest temple. It says it right int he quest.

The guys name is Tariolstrasz...west side of the temple took me awile hope this helps =D

You need to fly up to the top of the Temple, the second level down where Krasus is standing at location 60/55
