The quest appears to be moving from one location to the other. I'm not sure if they're trying out various locations to settle on one or if the quest will change from day to day. The one I did today sent me to the Foot Steppes (around the Engine of the Makers). I've also done this quest at the Terrace of the Makers and Ulduar.

This should be obvious for anyone, but it hasn't been said yet. Once you use your Goblin Chisel, you might want to move back a bit to avoid taking damage from the blast.

Fly to Grom'Arsh Crashsite

Fly a short distance NNE till you see a staircase and you are in the Terrace Of The Makers and Inventor's Library areas coords are approx. 37,41. There are block strewn about both areas.

Stand next to one, click your bomb icon in your bag or on the quest tracker (thank you 3.1), then run away or you will get severly damaged.

Run back and pick up between 1 and 4 of the small stone blocks that you need.

Repeat until you have 15

As stated above, 40, 40 is a great location.

Note that when the stone block is about to blow up, if you aggro Librarians, they also take the damage.

With this quest, you can actually kill the Databanks that hang around, if you're lucky with spawns.

Note that being able to loot the pieces of the stone blocks is not linked to using the goblin chisel on the intact blocks so be wary of those ninjas hovering over you waiting for you to blow up the stone block so they can swoop in and take the pieces from you.

The blocks can spawn as far back as Brunnhildar Village. If you have trouble fighting for them, you should try flying/riding farther out.

After placing the bomb you have 6 seconds to get away until it explodes.

The chisel has a 7 second cooldown.

Re damage from the bombs:

Kills my mage if I stand where I place the explosives; takes off considerable amount of health when I stand close to it.
Best just to set the explosives and there's plenty of time to run about 15-20 yards to a safe distance.

How Ex0dus and Chickencow can get rating +20 for bullaks (guys pls..., a forum okey, not here... .) is a mistery....,
as why, the 1's who actually tells u what u're here for (,where to go and what / how, to do the quest),
like;
deek033 (ty m8, precisely the info i need^^) and Vegasbandit (u came close too m8, ty) only get's rating +2-3

For those mages out there who are specced with Frost Warding, simply set down the bomb, pop up Fire Ward and instantly (30% chance) regain about 9k mana =). Oh, and if you happen to pull in a mob to the blast radius, watch them die while sipping your mana shake.

When you talk to the argent lady, she tells you to help the goblins with their construction. Clearly they are building something. They need wood and stone.

You are a fool to think these are not progression quests, stop talking about it.

I can confirm that mobs are affected by the blast, which may speed things up for you.

I found a new and a perfect spot to get these stones, many of them, and not much players around.. Cords: 40.1 56.2, around that hole is plenty of them;D!

39.54 is a good spot to get em there is no mobs that attack you and the stones are spread around the big hole called Engine of The Makers

I found the Engine of the Makers the best spot to get these when they are there. You can farm rhino meat while you are waiting for the blast

This Daily quest is no longer available due to patch 3.2 live and nor is the npc quest giver to the right of this one giving daily: Jack Me Some Lumber. Both are officially gone do to the building built and hosting the new dungeon.

All quest items pertaining to this daily and the daily itself is safe to delete.

As of Patch 3.2 this quest is no longer attainable, or capable of being turned in.

Since the tournament Colosseum is finished, he and his brother no longer need materials to build it, and thusly don't need you to gather them materials to do so.

Ok this quest is picked up in Ice Crown as part of the Tournament. The blocks you need are in Storm Peaks at 38.1/39.3 - 40.1/38.2 - 42.1/38.1 and 42.6/39.1. You basically put the "chisel" which is actually a bomb right on the block. Be sure to move as it deals 8k damage to me as a cloth wearer. It then breaks in to pieces these can be either 2,3 or 4 pieces and the re-spawns are very fast. Happy hunting :)

These things are all around The Inventor's Library and towards the west side of the Terrace of the Makers in Storm Peaks, you really don't need any Co-ords.

This is really fun if you do it around the library (40,60) because, even on PVE (especially PVE because they don't expect it), you place this bomb close to a block when there is a player close by and you might kill them, even if they are not flagged. I got lucky and killed a level 79 that was questing there. Boom. Dead. I did /sorry though.

[Getting stone for this job has been a nightmare, I tell ya! There are tons of stone available from ruins in safe places, but those holier-than-thou paladins won't go for it. Something about 'priceless artifacts.'

Anyway, whining about that isn't going to get this place built. There are tons of crumbling titan ruins in the Foot Steppes and at the Inventor's Library in Storm Peaks. Take my, uh, 'chisel' with you and see if you can break those huge blocks into useful pieces.]
