49, 51 are the co-ords for the Spring Collector on Azuremyst Isle.
That's Azure Watch, the camp in the middle of the map.

To get there for people who have never visited draeni land (are there such people? <.<) port/fly to Darnassus, fly/boat to Auberdine, Darkshore, and take the boat (at the very end of the dock, not the t-sections) to Azuremyst Isle. Watch out for aliens and their elephants...

I got this in Ratchet early Sunday morning on the first day of Noblegarden. It's just a feeder - you don't have to do it - but if you like to be complete you can pick it up. It's available in the bank in Darnassus as well, from a Night Elf Commoner, and likely from commoners in other capitals as well.

For those curious: The text above states you will receive 74 silver. My quest log showed I would receive 60 silver. However, on a level 8 character, you receive 22 copper.

I could not find any Spring Collectosrs in Goldshire and Kharanos. Tried to go to Azuremyst Isle but I can't because I got no Burning Crusade. Haven't tried Dolanaar yet.

I found a questgiver in Stormwind outside the inn and bank. The two commoners by the fountain, one has a ! mark. Then go south to Goldshire in Elwynn Forest and find collector outside the inn. You can also get the daily there. Try turning low-level quest tracking on if you have trouble locating them. Reward at level 80 : 1 G 25 S

This quest is still available for me even though noble garden has ended yesterday. Although I can't turn in the quest as the person is no longer there (at least in Gold Shire; didn't check the other locations) propably because noble garden has ended. It's strange though that the quest is still available.
