Is the only way to get rid of the disease in p1 is to let it tick for 15 seconds? If it's dispelled, it loses a stack and jumps (it never goes below 1 stack so it can't be removed by dispelling?). If it kills the target, it gains a stack and jumps. In theory, you could get an out of control disease if it reaches too many stacks and ends up killing the vrykul mobs before the 15 second duration goes away. Am I understanding this correctly? Does the jump mechanic have a max radius?

When he is killed for the first time on a realm a fountain appears in the middle of Dalaran.
You can use it to watch and watch again the Lich King death cinematic.

Anyway, you will be able to find the cinematic also in your World of Warcraft installation folders, following this path:

The end of this fight is the most epic I have ever seen done by Blizzard and I've been raiding since AQ40 came out. I decided not to spoil the last 10% in watching a video and settled for watching the cinematic to hold me over until I killed him myself, and having just done so; All I can say is wow epic ending.

Yo. Got this #$%^& down a while ago. Figured I could contribute with a great tip for handling Soul Reaper in phase 2.

Using Safeguard, a buff given from a Protection Warrior's ability Intervene, rendered tank swapping unnecessary.

The -30% damage taken removes a great deal of the spike damage and somewhat neutralizes the bonus damage the Lich King gets afterwards. As the Protection Warrior also soaks the next melee-attack, you further increase the MT's chances of survival. Also worth knowing is that Soul Reaper and Intervene both are on 30 sec cooldown.

Does anyone know, is the line "I see only darkness before me" meant to be taken as "I see" in response to "no king rules forever, my son" followed by "Only darkness before me" or is it meant it that he sees nothing but darkness ahead of him?
I assume it is the latter but I can see it going either way.

The Lich King's helm might have Ner'zhul in it considering that he was trapped in the suit of armor before Arthas shattered the frozen throne and put it on, so Bolvar prolly is gonna get corrupted... again.

I feel sorta bad for killing arthas the way we did. i mean first of all is all this really arthas' fault? once he took up frostmourne he wasn't arthas anymore he was soulless and working for Ner'zhul and it was ner'zhul who drove him to be the lich king and even though he dominated the mind of the lich king he was soulless and evil. Then once frostmourne is shattered he gets his soul back, so he suddenly becomes prince arthas againand hes floating up in the air completely helpless and we just kill him as hes floating, epic as it is i just feel sorta bad cuz none of this was really arthas' fault.

Just wanted to take this opportunity to QQ about the way they changed the weapons from LK 10 to LK 25. The only wep a hance sham can use on LK 10 says 'main hand' on it. QQ moar. what was wrong with a 1h axe? sigh. i hate you too, blizz.

It's used 3 times during the 70% transition (phase 1.50), and 4 times at the 40% transition (phase 2.50)

King Arthis. I am basically the main character in warcraft lore and i was treated like a random npc in MY expansion Wrath of the Lich King. I am disappointed in my own loot and i should have just used that spell that instantly kills all players in the beginning of the fight instead of waiting for Ashbringer man to jump out of the ice and kill me. Blizzard has also lowered my intelligence level significantly and I make very very unwise decisions. I send the Deathknight with Ashbringer to a death sentence to bring out a ugly old paladin. Am i dumb or not? I let all the Ashen Verdict storm my base while i sit here waiting. I dont send frostwyrms to attack unprotected horde and alliance bases. Am i dumb or what? I can teleport almost anywhere i wish and yet i do not teleport to assassinate Ashbringer man? or other threats like thrall and the human king? I am i dumb? I AM DEAD AND I DONT SLEEP YET I SPEND ENDLESS HOURS DOING NOTHING BUT WATCHING OVER MINDLESS DEAD.
