She is HUGE, when you get the debuff jump in the water before it runs out to complete the quest.
When you click the orb it takes around 20 seconds before she appears.

One cool bit of trivia: you can occasionally see Oacha'noa from the turtle boat that goes to the Borean Tundra. I saw her swim past one time while I was riding the boat. Gave me quite a scare too, since I didn't know about this quest yet!

The scariest part? With xperl, her unitframe displays 1.4M in the hp bar. When I happened to give that a passing glance, my brain processed it as the words "I AM", as in the God of Christian theology. Creepy.

If you stall while she demands you to jump into the water, she will give you a warning.

I believe she is more of a demigod in the way of Cenarius than an actual goddess. There's no mention of her in any other Warcraft lore that I am aware of.

As with most of the Kalu'ak names, if you pronounce it, the name makes a meaningful phrase. In this case Oacha'noa sounds like "Oh whatcha know, huh?" and since you are asking about a prophecy it fits.

Strange that she tells you that the Kalu'ak will need to fight alongside the Alliance and Horde against Malygos and the Lich King, but the Tuskarr just stay in their little villages along the southern coast. Would have liked to see them in some battles against the Scourge.

Man, I remember when I was level 70...

I was riding the turtle for the first time to get to Dragonblight, and I ended up making an ass out of myself and falling off. So, I begin my long swim there... As I'm swimming along enjoying the giant barnacles underwater, I suddenly see a HUGE sea monster rise up from the depths. I scrambled to shore as fast as I possibly could, thinking it was going to attack me. Even after I got to shore and noticed it was neutral, I waited for a minute or two until it disappeared.

Ever since then, I hold completely still when I get on boats and zeppelins. >_<
