He asks you to find the Mark of the Lightbringer, it's at the top of the tower on the way to Hearthglen. When you return it to him you have to escort him to Uther's Tomb, easy quest for a level 60.

When I couldnt find him and Chillwind camp, i went to Uthers Tomb to find him kneeling, I cant turn my quest in to him. Hes been like this for a few days now. Can I hire a horde to kill him so he can respawn back at Chillwind?

I found this character kneeling (and stuck) at Uther's tomb where he stood for over an hour.

I filed a ticket, and the friendly GM had him "unstuck" in no time.

I completed the next portion of the quest-- where he led me to Uther's Tomb- This time, he MIGHT have stood for 1 minute max- then despawned- and appeared back at the camp.

Don't wait a long time for him to despawn at the tomb. If he's there more than 5 mins- he's broken. File a ticket and save yourself time.

threre were draenei npc's before tbc? O.o
or they added this npc/quest later? :O

This guy goes between the camp and Uther's tomb, and he just prays......for a long time. You can't talk to him when he prays..so you can't hand it in till he returns..for a short while...and then off to pray..he has no life. Lol.

You'll see him at Chillwind, you turn it in there, if he's not there, someone else is doing the chain and you'll have to wait.

How long time do he actually prays? I have waited for 10min and he still prays -_- Ur right.. He really don't have a life ;D

Anyway, have sent a request..

Ps: he have got dreani skin, so i'have return this quest few months ago (+1.5 years in fact ^^) with my main and no remember a dreani there .... new script bug ?

ATTENTION FOR PROBLEMS:
If you're having trouble with Truuen being stuck praying, get 2-3 mobs to follow you to him and have them kill him. In about 2-3 minutes he will respawn at the camp.

I waited for a few minutes, read some posts; none worked. I killed him and a "?" appeared above his body. Respawned at camp.

I got the quest, "The Mark of the Lightbringer" from Anchorite Truuen at the Chillwind Camp in WPL. Just had to run to the tower near (just south of) Hearthglen where you camp the Crusader Enchant, and open a box on top of the tower. However, when I returned to Chillwind Camp (the next day) Anchorite Truuen was nowhere to be found. Is he a rare spawn, or was he patched out?

Edit: (don't think my next post went through, so editing this one)

He respawned. You get 250 Exodar faction for the turnin. Follow-up is an escort to Uther's tomb, super easy. A group of two level 58 non-elites spawned, later a group of four level 53 non-elites spawned. After you escort him to the tomb, return and talk to the priestess for an additional 350 Exodar faction.

I've found a new boat in Auberdine, but its useless till we got BC.

Be careful when entering the Tower. There is now a Lv 63 Elite (not Isilien) on the right side, together with 3 Spellbinders, who will give you hell when pulled together. The Elite alone isn't too tough though, he fights like a melee priest. Drops some nice amount of cash and I got green Lv 58 mail legs.

This quest was bugged for me in the pre-patch to TBC - 2021-05-27. I had to kite a few mobs to him so they killed him. A few minutes later - he respawned back at Chillwind Camp.

As of the Anniversary TBC pre-patch he still bugs out at Uthers Tomb like previous comments have said in previous releases.
