Hunter Specialization - At the top of the Pet Calculator, you will be able to select your Hunter Specialization. This is important because Beast Mastery Hunters have the option to take the 51-point talent 野兽主宰, which gives 4 additional skill points to your pet.

Tree Selection - Pets only have access to 1 of the three talent trees, depending on which pet breed you have, Ferocity, Tenacity, or Cunning. Putting a talent point in one of the three trees will "lock" you to that tree. But you can easily reset the tree and pick a different one.

Pet Selection - The list of available pets that match that talent tree can be found underneath all three trees. Some pets will actually change some of the talents available in the tree, such as the case with 急奔 and 俯冲.
