it's been buffed - previously the proc would reset your auto shot timer. That's been fixed so it should be even higher dps now. Drop rate is insane, 4/4 for our guild now.

The reference is obviously to the supervillian General Zod, one of Superman's more significant nemeses (yes that is the proper pluralization of nemesis), perhaps known best from his role in the movie Superman II.

I found a hunter the other day with a 245 gun... he did 9.7k DPS in 25 VoA... (He was surv in full 245-251 gear)

the funny part is, the ilvl 264 version of this bow has more agility :P. I know it is better and all, ~~but i think it's the 1rst hc version of a weapon that has LESS of an stat than the original~~

I have this bow. It's amazing thing! Normal damage 2k-3k!(with Iceblade arrows).And it has 8-10k crits! :)

I got this beauty last thursday and i believe Im the first hunter on Twilight's Hammer to acquire this and probably would be for some time as this boss is HARD in heroic. Not many guilds even bother trying her on heroic and even if they do it needs alot of dedication to take her down . Anyway I was blessed to get it and havent had chance to try it on 25man raids yet . Good news : 288 dps , 1000 max damage , 1 more socket=20 more arp . Bad news : I had the normal version of this bow . at least that one had the worst proc by far among all proc weapons in icc.In a typical 5 min bossfight it gave me like 10-30k total damage from proc which is acquirable with 1 chimera or 1 kill shot ! anyway i doubt that 1% increase in procrate will change the world and i believe out of all heroic+LK range weapon drops this might be the worst but I think only max damage on this bow makes up for everything . After a few raids I will report the proc . Hopefully its more than that of normal version .

Is the crossbow from reg Lich King really better than this? I hope not, considering the difficulty of this fight on heroic, and for vain reasons. Bows look so much cooler :P
